Applying to Fanaka International University College is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to begin your academic journey with us:

Check Your Eligibility
Review the entry requirements for your chosen program—whether you’re applying with WASSCE, GCE, HND, or as a mature or international student.
Gather Your Documents
Prepare all necessary documents, including academic certificates, transcripts, and proof of age or English proficiency (for international applicants).
Complete an Application Form
Pick up an application form from our admissions office or apply online (if available). Fill in the form accurately and attach the required documents.
Sit for Entrance Exams (if applicable)
Mature applicants must take the university’s entrance examination in English, Mathematics, and Aptitude.
Submit and Wait for Your Offer
Submit your completed application and wait for a response. Successful applicants will receive admission offers through official communication channels.

Entry Requirements

SSSCE Applicants
- Credit passes (A – D) in six (6) subjects:
  - Three (3) core subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
  - Any three (3) elective subjects.
WASSCE Applicants
- Credit passes (A1 – C6) in six (6) subjects:
  - Three (3) core subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
  - Any three (3) elective subjects.
GCE Advanced Level Applicants
- Must have passed three (3) subjects (at least one Grade D or better).
- In addition, must have credit passes (Grade 6) in five (5) GCE Ordinary Level subjects, including:
  - English Language
  - Mathematics
  - A Science subject (for non-science students).
ABCE Holders
- Full Diploma Certificate in ABCE.
- Plus credit passes in five (5) subjects, including:
  - English Language
  - Mathematics
  - Integrated Science or Social Studies
  - (From GBCE, SSSCE, or WASSCE).
International Applicants
- Acceptable qualifications include:
  - International Baccalaureate (IB)
  - IGCSE / GCSE
  - American Grade 13 Examinations
  - Other equivalent external qualifications (WASSCE/SSSCE & GCE A Levels).
- Applicants whose first language is not English must show English proficiency from a recognized institution before registration.
- All foreign qualifications will be subject to GTEC’s evaluation for equivalence.
Mature Students
1. Must be at least 25 years old and show proof of age (birth certificate or legitimate document at least 5 years old).
2. Must pass the Mature Students’ Entrance Examinations conducted by the University in:
  - English Language
  - Mathematics
  - Aptitude Test
HND Holders
- Applicants with HND certificates (minimum 2nd Class Lower Division) from recognized tertiary institutions may be admitted into Level 300.
- Must also have at least two (2) years’ post-qualification work experience.
