Fees & Payment Policy

At Fanaka International University College, we aim to provide high-quality education at competitive rates while offering flexible payment options for our students.

1. Tuition Fees

  • Ghanaian Students: GHC 3,650.00 per semester

  • International Students: USD 1,500.00 per semester (must be paid in full before registration)

Note: Tuition fees exclude the cost of ID cards, SRC fees, and a one-time medical examination fee for fresh students. Fees may be reviewed periodically.


2. Payment Plans for Ghanaian Students

We offer two payment options for Ghanaian students:

Option 1 – Full Payment with Rebate

  • Full payment of fees before the end of registration (or within two weeks after reopening).

  • Students using this option enjoy a 2% rebate.

Option 2 – Payment by Installments

  • First Payment: At least 50% of fees before the end of registration (or within two weeks after reopening) – allows course registration and participation in university activities.

  • Second Payment: At least 75% of fees before Mid-Semester Examinations – required to sit for mid-semester exams.

  • Final Payment: 100% of fees at least one week before End of Semester Examinations – required to sit for end-of-semester exams.


3. Penalty for Late Payment

A 10% penalty will be charged on any outstanding fees after the deadlines for 50%, 75%, or 100% payments.


4. Mode of Payment

Payments can be made through:

  • Bank Transfer (details provided by the Finance Office)

  • Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
